us from our content, too. We need someone to steer our content marketing
strategy&execution, help us provide the best answers for the realest business
and technology questions, and transform prospects into hardcore fans (and
customers, ultimately). Being an advocate for a BizDevOps philosophy means
making software like craftsmen and delivering genuine business value to the
people. Let’s spread it beyond our projects, too.

SENIOR CONTENT MARKETING MANAGER
YOUR MISSION AT BRAINHUB? THOUGHT LEADERSHIP. WE UNDERSTAND IT AS:
* Creating and executing a content strategy that builds our brand, engages new
and existing audiences, and (ultimately) impacts revenue,
* Writing and editing a wide range of marketing content: articles, emails, case
studies, guides and ebooks, landing pages, social copy etc.,
* Thinking beyond ‘running a blog’: finding and pursuing thought leadership
formats and distribution channels that reach and resonate with our audience,
* Growing our subscriber base with a community-building mindset,
* Assisting with SEO optimisations and strategic link building efforts,
* Developing relationships and collaborating with content contributors:
external (including industry experts and freelance creators) and internal
(engineers and product experts).
TO GET THE JOB DONE, YOU:
must have:
* 3+ years of experience in content marketing in B2B tech space (agency or
SaaS),
* A strong desire to create a brand that stands out and stands for something,
* Impressive writing and editing skills (that you can show examples of),
* Excellent English command, written and spoken (C1+).
should have:
* Advanced knowledge of effective content promotion and distribution strategies
(going beyond “post and pray”),
* Proven track record in developing thought provoking content,
* Understanding of SEO best practices and familiarity with tools like Ahrefs
and Surfer,
* Excellent project management skills and thirst for building processes that
make your and others’ job easier and more efficient.
could have:
* Experience in hosting a podcast or webinars, running a YouTube channel or
building a strong personal brand on social media,
* Knowledge of advanced SEO tactics, such as topic modeling, keyword research,
and schema to enhance the user experience,
* Track record in creating interest and backlinks through digital PR.

* Analytics: Google Analytics, Hotjar, User.com, Ahrefs,
