YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
\n\n* Working closely with our clients to profoundly understand their needs and
support them in developing the products’ vision;\n* Continuous market research,
data analysis, testing and results evaluation of product delivery;\n* Setting up
the success criteria and verifying the steps;\n* Creating and managing MVPs,
product backlogs and roadmaps;\n* Co-establishing and applying processes and
tools that help meet the scheduled product delivery;\n* Proposing new ways of
working and implementing improvements, also based on customer’s feedback;\n*
Risk and expectations management;\n* Daily cooperation with cross-functional
team to provide software on time and within budget, based on Agile Metrics such
as cycle time, throughput and CFD;\n* Providing business expertise both to the
customer and teams involved in the product delivery process.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE:
* **At least 5 years of relevant, strong experience as an IT Product
Manager**;\n* Excellent English skills (C1), both written and spoken;\n*
Practice in working in Agile teams;\n* Strong analytical and critical thinking,
problem-solving mindset and creativity in seeking new solutions;\n*
Organizational skills, ownership, sense of responsibility;\n* Ability to clearly
communicate both with IT and non-IT teams;\n* Strong user-centric and
customer-centric mindset.
