YOUR ROLE
Your job will be to work with each individual and help them to expand their
skills. We need you to take care of the whole process, so you will assess which
business communication and technical competences are crucial for your teammates
- identify training needs based on business goals and strategy, and then design,
implement (also in cooperation with external trainers) and evaluate development
programs on that basis.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE
* Min. 3 years of experience in a related position (IT Personal/Competencies
Growth Consultant, Line Manager);\n* Alternatively: relevant experience as a
Business Analyst/QA Engineer/Scrum Master and willingness to become a technical
and business communication consultant for development teams;\n* Ability to
identify individual needs and development potential of each member of a
technical team, and experience in co-creating the path of professional
growth;\n* Practice in working with IT specialists and maintaining relationships
with business clients;\n* Proactivity;\n* Analytical skills;\n* Excellent
interpersonal and social competencies;\n* Great command of spoken and written
English.
