regular salary review for all positions, assuring that employees are
appropriately compensated, keeping up with the market trends;\n* Taking care of
employee experience - conducting meetings and surveys to ensure the appropriate
level of financial satisfaction;\n* Being primary contact for teammates
regarding salaries questions;\n* Supporting and advising teams/domains on
salaries practices;\n* Proposing and implementing new initiatives in areas
related to HR;\n* Cooperating with Payroll & Legal Team;\n* Coordinating with
Admin Team about changes in payroll (e.g. terminations, new hires).
ARE YOU OUR NEW HR SPECIALIST?
The answer is yes, if you have:\n\n* At least 3 years of experience in HR
administration or related areas;\n* **Hands-on practice in creating and/or
developing complex salary policy in an organization;**\n* Knowledge of the
overall HR business processes;\n* HR laws and regulations knowledge;\n* Fluent
in English;\n* People-focused approach.

equivalent for a B2B contract);\n* Flexible working hours;\n* Half-remote work
