Now we're looking for a creative Visual Designer who will join our Analysis&User
Design team and support Employer Branding, Marketing, Recruitment and other
Brainhub domains. The core of your duties will be to deliver graphic creations,
but growth and development possibilities here are almost endless. With the
closeness of AUD and Marketing teams, you will not only avoid boredom, but
you'll have an opportunity to learn how to conduct product workshops or create
interfaces. In addition, you'll work with the teams cooperating with
international clients, delivering high-quality products, and delivering real
business value to both customers and users.
VISUAL DESIGNER BRAINHUB
TO BE THE PERFECT MATCH, THESE ARE THE TRAITS AND EXPERTISE THAT YOU
Must have:
* At least 2 years of experience as a graphic designer,
* Ability to design creations for various formats in social media, both for
marketing and recruitment purposes (job offers, selling software house
services, promoting articles, interviews, reports),
* Experience in creating illustrations and infographics to promote content
marketing (illustrating content on a business blog, career website, job
offers, library).
Should have:
* Designing for the web interface,
* Ability to create an animation,
* Adobe Suite and Figma design skills,
* At least B2 level of English.
May have:
* Basic design skills for web and desktop applications,
* Experience in creating graphics for video and basic skills in video editing,
* Know-how of designing landing pages for Webflow.
